TXT BLAST SERVICE - PUBLIC APOLOGY
We wish to apologise to those mobile customers affected by our text blast system today with our Bluesky phone Promo.
A very simple explanation is that we have been experiencing issues with our text blast service... and in order to rectify these issues, test text blasts need to be sent... in this circumstance, a text blast was repeated rather than a test message.
We are constantly looking for ways to improve customer experience and value, and this is something that will be of benefit in the long run rather than a bother.
