We would like to inform the public that we have been experiencing an issue affecting all services in Mitiaro.

The issue has been identified and our technicians are looking into resolving this as soon as possible. We will give updates as new information comes to light.

This issue affects Landline, Mobile and Internet communications except local Landline calling within Mitiaro.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding while we resolve this issue.

UPDATE 10pm 18/02

We are still experiencing issues with services to and from Mitiaro. Technicians are still working on resolving this as soon as possible.

UPDATE 4pm 19/02

Some services have been able to relink and have been stable for the past 4 hours.

A senior technician from Rarotonga will be on their way to Mitiaro to assist with this ongoing issue. Another update will be issued at the earliest possible time tomorrow afternoon.
