What is Landline?
Landline refers to a fixed line phone service. This can be a home or business phone line.
How do Landline charges work?
Landline services come with an account and are payable at the monthly billing time.
There are standard monthly charges of a line rental and maintenance.
If you choose to use a Bluesky provided handset, there is a seperate charge for this also.
Are there any hardware requirements?
You will need a handset and a Landline connection present. Landline connections can be arranged with our Customer Service team.
How do I apply?
To apply for your landline phone, contact us for an application form or come in and see one of our Customer Service team.
How do I check my landline usage?
You will be sent your monthly account statement within 10 days after the end of each month. All accounts are payable by the 20th of the month following the statement date. You can be sent your account statement by email or by post. Call our Customer Service team on 123 with your email address to receive your account statement by email.
What is the difference between 'terminate service' and 'disconnect service'?
Terminate Service -
Permanently deactivates service and will not incur any monthly rental charges.
Disconnect Service -
Temporary deactivate service, but will still incur monthly rental charges.
How do I get listed in the phone book?
